SO Groundworks is a privately owned groundworks contractor founded in 2015, delivering professional groundwork, civil engineering, surfacing and external works services across Staffordshire, the Midlands and throughout the UK. Since the company was established, we have continued to grow by building strong client relationships, maintaining high standards of workmanship and delivering reliable results across a wide range of projects.

With a practical, hands-on approach and a strong focus on quality, SO Groundworks supports commercial, new build and domestic clients with services ranging from earthworks and excavation to below ground works, above ground works, driveways, patios and specialist engineering support. We operate with a strict health and safety policy to ensure our workforce remains fully compliant with current legislation, and our team is trained to the required industry standards, including CSCS, CPCS and NRSWA accreditation. We also work directly with local authorities and councils for street works such as drop kerbs and sewer connections, giving clients added confidence in our ability to manage works correctly and responsibly.
